    Very bad experience with an orthopedic Dr.Kapil Bakshi.Attitude towards the patient is derogatory. Plus a big liar. After a long wait for confirmation of an MRI on insurance, it turned out that he did not make a request and every time he lied that the request had been made and had to be supported.

    Doctor Bridgette Kunjumon is a very kind and supportive person, as per my mum – she says that she felt very comfortable with Dr’s treatment for her teeth and in helping her get a custom made mouth piece. My mum always recommends Dr. Bridgette for any dental appointments in our family.

    I am really proud of the physotarapy department in prim medical centre in Safeer market – King Faisal road ..especially I am thankful for the physiotherapist Aruna which really very kind and treating the patient with kindness and take care till keep the patient satisfaction and feeling healthy ..God bless her and I recommend and request the management to consider that recommendation…thanks Aruna

    I went their because my daughter have very hard caughf
    I meet with Dr arshad
    he checked her and give a lot medicine now more than 3 days and my daughter still the same condition no feel better and no sleeping at all

    I want to complain dr sucheta in radiology. Shes not respecting everyones time. She always comes late and made the patient wait for more than an hour. I had an appointment at 9 but she came like almost 10 am. Once she came she will chit chat first and talk to the phone. She will roam around in the corridor and the nurse will keep looking for her. All her patients were taken late to their appointment. Shes very unprofessional. She doesnt want to talk and always in a hurry. I know shes the director in the branch but i hope you will make some action or i wll complain further. Not a very good experience.

    Very clean and specious clinic. I got immediate approval of insurance and met with Orthopedic specialist with in a short time. I got assistance for wheel chair as I had very hard back pain.
    I got scan report and medicine at normal span of time.
    I got physiotherapy Doctor appointment for this week and treatment is going on.
    Dr. Shabreen is great at work. She has very good understanding and experience about treatment. In my first visit I was not able to walk but after three sessions I am walking on my foot. All thanks to Dr.shabreen. She has good idea to explain the core exercise recommendation for healthy back.
    Valet parking available at basement and children’s play area at 2nd floor. Two elevators are in sling for clinic patients.

    have visited several times to see a pediatric doctor (Dr. Saleh Nori) and had an amazing experience. The doctor is so kind and tick all the boxes when it comes to professionalism. The nurses were also kind and helpful. The area that improvements need to take place is main reception (Sorry but they consume so much time to complete the registration process even for a previously visited patient and also the patient comes with appointments. Receptionists need to speed up the process or the management need to increase the man power).

    Visited Dr Salah Nori. Couldn’t give his proper care to my son at all. He put my child on a small chair next
    to him without doing full exam. He did a quick exam then discharged us without explaining. He was rushing things so bad. Don’t want to meet him again

    They have a good and friendly doctors and nurses.
    My only concern was they don’t have enough nurses to assist you.
    I came last Saturday for check up and i waited for almost 2hrs for my ECG test to be done.
    That was my early morning experience.
    And today I came for follow up check up. It amaze me that I have to wait until 23rd of November for my Ultrasound; such a long queue.

    Piece of advise to all patient. Don’t come to this clinic as early as 8:15am, you might end up waiting for the staff to come.

    I have a bad experience yesterday in prime medical in king faisal branch. They have a bad appointment system. My appointment is 7:45 but they did the treatment for me around 8:15. They late me wait in a room for a long time while the nurse is calling patient to go inside in the doctors room. And when they call me to go inside the room i told my complain to them for waiting for so long but i didnt get any apology from them. And during the procedure for removal of skin tag they treat very fast and didnt even asked if im okey during the treatment. I noticed that they are mad bcoz i complain about for waiting for so long. I heard also that the nurse tell to her co nurses about my complain while im waiting in the pharmacy. Very bad experience and unprofessional!!!

    I am very surprised of what you are telling about doctors in Prime. They are very very good and respectful. It is considered a legal electronic crime in the UAE to write the names of the doctors like this. Prime Management should follow these things. The doctors can also sue and will win the case. Be careful you are in UAE not elsewhere. For a genuine realistic info, I have visited both the Gyn doc for my mother “Farida” and the eyes one “Mohamad Anas”.. both were just fantastic and very decent.

    I had my first check up at PRIME MED. KING FAISAL branch with an ENT doctor. It was a great experience.Front desk staffs are very accomodating.The nurses are friendly esp. the one who attended my needs. Plus they always make sure that you’re comfortable. The place is huge and very neat.

    The doctors are totally money minded and I have a worst experience with ophthalmologist (Eye specialist), my wife is a patient of the Dr.Mohammad Anas Wahba and he prescribed the surgery…I was having a query about the surgery so I request to nurse and tell her the query…She tried to ask the doctor but even giving the answer only in YES or NO he was very rude with me and tried to teach me a Professionalism and told me to register first if u want to ask anything….The answer of my query was only YES or NO but he told me to register first with a rude manner…I am the regular doctors in NMC Hospital also but the doctors are very friendly in NMC but in prime King Faisal street doctors are very rude …worst experience

    If you are thinking to visit Dr.Farida Anjum Gynacologist, it is no doubt a bad idea. she only know to scare people. her attitude was like a street vendor. i request ministry to check her qualification and verify her licence. she and hospital will fined surely.

    A strong recommendation please do not consult with Dr. Farida Anjum (Gynaecologist).

    My wife is pregnant so she felt some pain and complications. We went to Prime medical centre at King Faisal branch to meet with Gynaecologist. There we met Dr. Farida Anjum. She did not pay much attention towards the patient. Instead of make us comfortable she made us more scared. She strongly said if you have some blood clots it is high chances of abortion. She said you could have infection also even without checking anything. We asked what could be the reason of blood clots she said it could be anything. Apart from that her communication skills were also not upto the mark as per a doctor. Altogether we had a very bad experience with Dr. Farida. Eventually in the evening we had to meet other doctor in some other clinic. I had to pay twice on that same day to get the right information. We strongly recommend do not consult with Dr. Farida. She might have good experience but do not have skills to handle the patient in a good way. I am very disappointed.

    They need to do something about the screaming children running around the whole clinic and the screaming in the play area. It’s so excruciating to listen to it when your sick and everything is echoing. Some of the parents dont even care that other patients are there and it’s clearly hurting them. I wish they can please manage this issue.
