al usood cargo is a very bad service i sent cargo to hyderabad in 2019 december still not recived
till 2023. so many time we are following to al usood no responce from there.
i suggest to customer please take care.
very bad attitude sharjah branch staff like treating rowdy’s.
we are asking for our material now i am very upset to follow our money has lost.

Suddenly somebody suggested that this worst company has good reputation and their vehicle advertising their more than 30 years of trust and so..I don’t know how they sustained in this market all these years..they collected my cargo on January 2021..till now no response.. not even an email or nothing..if I call 100 times they will pick one time and their response is horrible..their staff argues with me and keep saying I will get my cargo this month or week..and they keep on saying for the past 9 months..most irresponsible company ever I have dealt with..I am going to move legally..not having the minimum responsibility to inform us atleast the cause of delay..

Dont ever go with Al Usood Cargo. They r totally unprofessional. I have sent my cargo in December 2020 – its been more than 9 months still I didnt receive my cargo. They dont even give a satisfactory answer when u call them, as if its not their responsibility. The worst ever service I have ever seen. AND ON TOP OF ALL THESE THEY ARE STILL BUSY ADVERTISING AND FOOLING PEOPLES.

Sry to say but you should stop your unprofessional service, I am very disappointed. Your agents took my staff 9 months b4 and until now no one know where is my cargo . Please keep professional staff and try to track may cargo, from shj to Delhi just imagine 9 months. Please return back may money included my items price. 😠😠😠😠😠

Al Usood Cargo cargo sent in December 2020 is still not delivered in India. Stop fooling people through advertisements.
Can you respond why below cargos are not delivered since 6 months and when it will deliver???
Cargo was booked in December 2020. Don’t you feel it is your responsibility to update the delivery status to your customers.
What is the status of lot numbers 182 and 185.
Will you be delivering or not??
Can you please update on the current status of the below consignment numbers from Dubai to (Bangalore)India
